Hydro-X is a revolutionary screen printing emulsion. With extreme resistance to water-based & discharge inks, increased durability, and improved crosslinking, this shockingly good emulsion will prove to be the first premium choice for creating perfect stencils

Hydro-X is designed for textile screen printing offering superior durability to water based and discharge inks as well as the press cleaning solvents used when printing plastisol inks. Due to its high solid content, Hydro-X is most often applied with a 1X1 coating. Just two simple coatings reduces your drying time and consumes less product per screen (more screens per gallon).

Hydro-X offers extremely fast exposure, which translates to substantial time savings in large shops. Hydro-X delivers premium performance and cost savings. We recommend that you quantify these savings when comparing Hydro-X to other alternatives.

Fast Exposure: A fraction of times is need to to cure Hydro-X compared to traditional two-part emulsions; thereby cutting the cost of screen making time.

LED Compatibility: Specialty photopolymers provide a wider range of UV curing. Hydro-X outperforms many emulsions when used with newer exposure systems such as LED lighting. It pairs perfectly with our Quick Image LED exposure systems.

High Solid Content - 46%: Minimizes a loss of thickness after drying. A gallon of Hydro-X goes a long way. Most Hydro-X coatings are optimized at 1x1 with sharp side of scoop coater.

High Viscosity - Approximately 15,000cps: Holds the emulsion in place during coating more easily maintaining uniformity. The higher viscosity also makes Hydro-X less prone to dripping and permits a quick build-up of a thick stencil when desired.

Pre-sensitized: Comes ready-to-use with an extremely long shelf life.

High Definition: Delivers sharp edges and excellent mesh bridging over most all mesh counts and structures.

Long Print Runs: Designed with advanced photopolymers for extreme resistance to water based and discharge inks as well as the press cleaning solvents used when printing plastisol inks. Despite its exceptional durability, Hydro-X remains easy to reclaim.

CTS & LTS Imaging Compatible: Field tested and proven highly suitable for computer-to-screen (CTS) and laser-to-screen (LTS) imaging technology. Recommended to use with our LTS 8012 Auto Screen Making Unit.
