LASER-TO-SCREEN
Still wasting your hard earned money on CTS ink or DTS wax? We need to talk. Our Laser-To-Screen (LTS) auto exposure units require no consumables and have low power consumption for minimized costs. Available in three sizes (to accommodate different screen sizes) with financing options.HIGH RESOLUTION
Very high resolution CTS exposure capable of reproducing the most demanding image types
EASY TO USE
Easy to use software allows multiple image placement across one or two screens to enhance productivity (compatible with many RIP programs). Able to expose all emulsions and stencils films.
EFFICIENT
All three of our LTS units are designed to efficiently image and expose one or two screens without a vacuum or film positives. Double your screen output by imaging and exposing two screens at once.
NO CONSUMABLES
Digitally process all types of PC & Mac design files in house with no film positives and no need for DTS wax
SUPPORT
All of our automated equipment, including our Laser-To-Screen Auto Exposure Units come with full installation and tech support from our award winning team
WARRANTY
Each Laser-To-Screen Auto Exposure Unit comes with a one year warranty and the Chromaline Premium Promise guarantee

Advantages of Laser-To-Screen LTS Over CTS/DTS
Laser-to-Screen (LTS) is a subset of CTS/DTS technology that eliminates the reliance on ink and wax. Instead, Laser-to-Screen images, or exposes, the stencil directly onto the screen with lasers in one simple step.
Laser-To-Screen (LTS) technology takes the benefits of Computer-To-Screen (CTS) and Direct-To-Screen (DTS) imaging to the next level by combining steps and improving efficiency. Unlike traditional CTS/DTS systems that apply ink or wax to an emulsion-coated screen and require a separate UV exposure, LTS uses lasers to directly image the stencil in a single process.
This streamlined approach eliminates common issues with ink and printhead maintenance, reduces consumable costs, and achieves exceptional precision with each stencil. By choosing LTS, screen printers gain faster setup times, reduced operational costs, and higher image accuracy, making it a smart investment for maximizing productivity and print quality.
