Located at Chromaline Screen Print Products’ headquarters in Duluth, Minnesota, our Midwest demo lab gives visitors an opportunity to see screen-making equipment while connecting directly with Chromaline’s technical and product teams.

The Duluth facility features equipment for digital imaging and automatic coating, allowing printers to explore how Chromaline emulsions and SAATI equipment work together to support repeatable screen production. Demonstrations can be tailored around a shop’s applications, production goals, ink systems, and current screen-making challenges.

Because the lab is located at Chromaline’s headquarters, visitors can also gain deeper insight into emulsion selection, coating variables, exposure, stencil performance, and other factors that affect screen quality.

The facility also features the new ProCoat Mini, a compact automatic coating system designed to coat one screen at a time.

Visitors at our Gardena location can compare two SAATI laser-to-screen systems, see automatic coating in action, and learn how Chromaline emulsions can be matched to different applications, equipment, and production goals. The Gardena facility will support individual demonstrations as well as educational events for groups of up to 25 attendees.

You're Invited: Celebrate the Opening of Our Gardena Demo Lab

Join SAATI Printing and Chromaline Screen Print Products on August 10 and 11, 2026, as we celebrate the opening of our new California demonstration facility.

The Gardena Demo Days Open House will run from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day. Visitors are welcome to stop by throughout the event to tour the new space, meet the SAATI and Chromaline teams, and watch live equipment demonstrations.

Demonstrations will include LTS laser-to-screen equipment, the ProCoat automatic screen coater, inkjet printing, washout equipment, drying racks, and additional screen-production technology.

Attendees will also have an opportunity to learn more about SAATI and Chromaline solutions for mesh, emulsions, coating, exposure, and screen-room workflow. The event is designed for distributors and screen printers interested in improving the consistency and efficiency of their screen-production processes.
