Aimeé is just one of the many team members who helps to make Chromaline the leader in screen printing solutions. She started in the Chromaline division of IKONICS Corporation over 30 years ago. Keep reading to learn more about her.

How long have you worked for IKONICS?
I just celebrated 30 years with IKONICS at the end of March.

What is your job at IKONICS?
I am the Senior Chemist within our R&D department. I am also the Internal Auditor and assist with Quality Assurance and Quality Control. In addition, I backup Mick Orr, our Technical Support and Training Specialist for Chromaline.

What did you do before working at IKONICS?
Before IKONICS I was a student at the University of Minnesota Duluth. I majored in biology and minored in chemistry. IKONICS was my first job out of college.

What project are you working on right now?
I am currently working on improving water resistance of our ChromaTech WR pure photopolymer emulsion. In addition to that project, I am also researching and sourcing alternative raw materials, as well as assisting production with coating issues.

What are your hobbies outside of work?
I love to spend time outdoors and go on walks or read, but lately I have been most enjoying spending time with my new grandbaby.

What was the best concert you ever attended?
Prince

If we went to happy hour, what would you order?
Whiskey 7

At which store would you like to max-out your credit card?
Menards

Which way does your toilet paper hang on the wall – over or under?
Always over.

Pretend you’re our CEO. What three concerns about the company's future keep you up at night?
Not going to go there!

What was your last vacation?
Ohio State Football game

What's your favorite movie?
It's a toss up between Remember the Titans or Miracle.

If you could visit anywhere in the world, where would you go?
I would love to visit Italy.
