Chromaline Reps Go The Extra 1,000 Miles

As many of you know, Chromaline's water-based products can be damaged from freezing temps and therefore not able to ship during certain months of the year. Freezable products from Chromaline include AccuInk, Blockout 750, Stencil Remover 285, TexTac II and all emulsions.


Chromaline Customer Service Second To None

When no carrier service was willing to pick up a freeze-protect emulsion for transport to one of our customers, Kevin Kauth, Chromaline’s Midwest Sales Representative, stepped up. He took the initiative to rent a U-Haul cargo van and drove nearly 1,000 miles to deliver three drums of premium Chromaline emulsion to his customer, just in time for a big order they needed to fill. “We did everything else possible to get product to the customer,” Kauth explained. “My customer was about to run out and I was able to help.”

Kevin is Chromaline’s Technical Sales Representative for the Midwest region. Kevin serves the states of Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan and Indiana. Kevin has a strong background in screen printing and graphic arts. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a degree in Graphic Communications Management. He also has a strong digital background and can assist with outputting high-quality artwork for photopositives and photonegatives.
